March 8th, International Women’s Day, is coming up, and to best celebrate it, we are hosting brunch dedicated to the special occasion!

Mimosa Brunch at Balzer will be from March 5th to the 8th. Between sweet and salty snacks at the table, you can’t miss out on the Mimosa, the dessert made specially with lemon mousse, mango, and sponge cake. Flavors lively and bold, just like women!

The brunch theme is also found in other parts of the menu, like the special Mimosa Risotto, with creamy saffron and parmigiano reggiano.
